In January, from the 21st to the 23rd, we will be hosting what I believe is one of the most important ministry assignments the Lord has entrusted to us: a Leadership Training Summit in San Salvador, El Salvador, focused on the transformation of nations in Latin America.

This is not simply another event. It is a strategic gathering of key leaders from the spheres of church, business, and government—leaders who carry influence, responsibility, and vision for their nations. Our goal is not merely to inspire, though we certainly pray the Spirit breathes fresh hope into every heart. The deeper purpose is to work together, shoulder-to-shoulder, to develop tangible strategies for advancing God’s Kingdom within each sphere in each nation.

 

There will be plenary sessions, but just as importantly, there will be hands-on breakout work groups where leaders will collaborate, design actionable plans, and leave with practical steps for real cultural transformation. We believe this summit has the potential to become a catalytic moment for what God desires to do across Central and South America.

 

To make this possible, I am reaching out to a very small circle of those who know our heart and have walked with us faithfully.

 

While the leaders attending are covering their own travel and hotel costs, we want to fully underwrite the summit facilities, material and provide meals throughout the event so they can participate without financial strain. These are pastors, business owners, civic leaders, and government influencers from multiple nations—many coming sacrificially because they believe in the vision.

 

Would you simply take this to prayer?

 

I truly mean that. There is absolutely no pressure and no expectation. I only want you to hear my heart and ask the Lord if He would have you sow into this strategic gathering. Every gift—large or small—helps make it possible for these leaders to be equipped, encouraged, and connected for Kingdom impact.
