In 2017, we were praying about a way to help our ministries in Western Kenya to become self-sufficient. We had already developed and built a Children's Home for orphans, a feeding center for widows, a farm for food and a training center for pastors. We house, feed, educate and provide for the healthcare of these children on a monthly basis. We feed the widows in the area and support their health needs when we can. We provide support in working the garden that provides food and we conduct ongoing training throughout the year for the pastors throughout East Africa. All of these ministries have been built, developed and going on since we launched them in 2005.

So back to 2017, we needed a way to support all of this without an ongoing dependence upon our church and the friends around the world who have helped. We believe that God gave us the idea of a Water Bottling Plant. So with the help of the Lord, we began to cast vision, develop a strategy and pursue this dream. While it has not been easy, we have seen God work miraculously over these 7 years. We have raised nearly $340,000 for the project, built the warehouse and offices, purchased the machinery, resourced the training, acquired the certifications and licenses, stored up the supplies and have everything in place. The last thing that we needed to begin operation was 6 months of startup capital. So we were able to raise 3 months of capital and we launched operations in January, 2024. We still need 3 more months of support to reach profitability and look to reach the finish line by July 1st, 2024.
